How to create a Sage University profile
To access training on Sage University, you’ll need to create a Sage U profile. Don’t worry, it’s as easy as 1, 2, 3!
1. Log on or create your Sage account
To create a Sage account, you will need access to your email to retrieve a Sage account verification code.
2. Upon log in, you will be directed to the Sage University profile creation form. Complete this form and submit
You must enter your Sage account number/Sage Intacct Customer ID into the Account Number field to ensure that you have access to the training and benefits associated with your organization.
Your Customer ID can be found in the following places:
1. In-product: The Company information page. To access this page, go to Company > Setup > Configuration > Company.
Administrator rights and permissions to view company information are required.
2. Your Sage Intacct customer invoice. The ID begins with a C, followed by several digits.

Getting Started with Sage Intacct
The Getting Started with Sage Intacct course is designed to help new users get started with Sage Intacct quickly.
Following the completion of that course, we recommend you register for the Sage Intacct Fundamentals. This course teaches business users how to navigate and perform common accounting procedures in Sage Intacct:
Sage Intacct Fundamentals (NA) if you’re operating in the US or Canada or
Sage Intacct Fundamentals (UK) if you’re operating in the UK, Australia, or South Africa.
