When creating your Sage U profile, be sure to enter your Customer ID in the Account Number field to ensure that you receive access to learning benefits associated with your organization.
Your Customer ID can be found in the following places:
The Company information page. To access this page, go to Company > Setup > Configuration > Company. Administrator rights and permissions to view company information are required.
Your Sage Intacct customer invoice. The ID begins with a C, followed by several digits.
