Sage Abra Cancellation Policies
Classroom Learning Cancellation Policy
Participant Cancellations: Participant substitutions may be made at any time. Cancellations are accepted in writing for a class if received up to and including, ten (10) business days prior to the start date of the class. Cancellations received during this timeframe will be refunded in full in the form of a purchase credit which can be used toward a future Sage Abra class. Fifty percent (50%) of the class fee will be charged for cancellations that occur between nine (9) and five (5) business days prior to the class and the balance may be applied to any future Sage Abra class. Cancellations made less than five (5) business days prior to the class and no-shows will forfeit one hundred percent (100%) of the class fee.
Note: Sage Learning Services reserves the right to cancel classes if we do not reach minimum registrations. Learning Services will notify attendee of a cancelled class at least ten (10) business days prior to the scheduled class start date. In the event Sage must cancel a class, we will contact you immediately to arrange another class. Sage is not liable for expenses incurred by the client.
Realtime Learning Cancellation Policy
Participant Cancellations: Cancellations are accepted in writing for a Realtime class if received at least three (3) business days prior to the start date of the class. Cancellations received during this timeframe will be refunded in the form of a purchase credit, which can be used toward a future Sage Abra class. The purchase credit will be valid for 90 days. Failure to attend a class will be considered a 'no show' and no shows will forfeit one hundred percent (100%) of the class fee. It is the attendee's responsibility to verify they have registered for the correct class for their needs and level of expertise.

Anytime Learning Cancellation Policy
A purchase credit will be issued on any un-launched Anytime Learning Module if a cancellation request is received in writing within three (3) days of purchase. Once an Anytime Learning Module is launched, refunds or exchanges are not available.
